Terms of Service

 

 

The following terms and conditions apply to all services offered by the service provider Street Cars Transport LTD.

Definitions.

(a) The “service provider” means Street Cars Transport LTD. Or nominated providers of similar standard of services, as instructed by the service provider.

(b) The “passenger (s)” the principal person (s) travelling as defined in the booking details.

(c) “Booking (s)” a request for service(s) as provided by the service provider and or their agents, representatives, nominees or associates.

(d) The “booking form” is the, online or paper based, document that details a request for information relating to the services provided by the service provider.

(e) The “service” is the mode of service offering(s) as provided by the service provider.

(f) “Customer” or “client” is the person, company or individual acting on behalf of or as such, upon agreeing and accepting any offer of service(s) as provided by the service provider.

(g) “Booking confirmation” is the proof communicated, by way of the normal channels of communications, between the customer or client and the service provider. Upon the customer or client agreeing and accepting the service(s) offering(s) from the service provider.

(h) “Normal working conditions” will mean, that all conditions and variables affecting the provision of any service (s) be as an everyday occurrence relating to the delivery of such a service (s).

(i) “Third party” will mean any person or individual who by what ever means communicates with the service provider to affect a service(s) as offered by the service provider.

(j) “No show” shall mean, where the passenger(s) cannot be contacted at the confirmed meeting point. After allowing for any special provisions or conditions.

(k) “Conditions” means the standard terms and conditions of sale as set out in this and directly related document (s), including any specially agreed terms and conditions in writing between the customer or client and the service provider.

(l) “The service (s) and or service” Means the mode of service (s) the service provider shall provide, under the terms and conditions, as set out in the sale description of such service (s) and or agreed between the customer or client and the service provider.

(m) The headings in these conditions are for convenience only, and shall no way affect their interpretation. 

Terms of service.


(A) All service offerings are deemed to be valid under normal working conditions. No responsibility will be taken for circumstances beyond the service provider’s control.

(B) The customer or client, upon confirmation of booking(s), accepts the terms and conditions.

(C) All services are provided under the rules and regulations of the local licensing authority.

(D) The service provider reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any services offered prior to confirmation.

(E) The service provider does not accept error(s) made by third party (ies).

(F) The customer or client will be responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied by them or their representative(s), in regards to the acceptance of such information by the service provider to agree to supply a service(s).

(G) The customer or client must furnish all requested information.

(H) On all occasions where the customer or the client is being met at the airport or seaport arrival terminal, as specified by the customer or client.

(1)The driver(s) allocated to execute the service(s), shall make their presence apparent by way of displaying an A4 size board or similar with the passengers name clearly marked or written and waiting at or very near of exit of custom control.

(2)The driver(s) will wait at the agreed meeting point until the flight information has cleared from the information screen, as supplied at the particular location for public viewing. The driver(s) will endeavour to make contact with the passenger(s). If no contact is made with the passenger(s), the driver will communicate with the service provider prior to exiting the service obligation.

(3)The passenger(s) is responsible for contacting the service provider in the event of undue delays prior to exiting custom controls or when the passenger cannot find the allocated driver.

(4)The customer or client will be fully liable as per agreed cost of service(s).

(I)Any service, price or cost of service is subject to change without notice. All, if any, confirmed and agreed services prior to such changes will be honoured.

(J)The service provider will make every reasonable effort to facilitate the execution(s) of any confirmed obligation(s) agreed and accepted.

(K)On occasions where the customer or client, wishes to pay for the service after completion of any such service.

(1)To secure any service(s) customer or client must provide their valid credit card details, by doing so the customer or client agrees unconditionally to accept any charges that may arise and be levied by the service provider in their role to execute or attempt to execute the related service in whatever way or form.

(l) No booking will deemed to be accepted by the service provider, unless and until confirmed by the service provider or its nominated representative (s), by way of E-Mail, telephone, fax or land based mail service.

(M) The service provider agrees to supply the service as per the terms and conditions set out herewith.

(N) The service provider does not authorise any nominated or affiliated service providers to make representations or claims concerning the service (s), unless confirmed by the service provider in their normal mode of communications.

(1) By entering and accepting the terms and conditions the customer or client, waives any claim(s) for breach of, any such representation(s), which are not confirmed by the service provider.

(O) Any errors, in what ever form, affecting the service provider through its mode of communication (s) with consumers, shall be subject to correction without any liability to the service provider.

(P) Any information made available to nominated or affiliated service provider (s) shall not contain other than the following or similar.

Name of passenger or contact.
Total number of fare paying passengers.
Flight number/s, Airline/s and originating Airport/s.
Sea port/, Dock and name of ferrying vessel.
Excess luggage requirements.
Contact telephone number
Contact or meeting point.
Time, date and place of service initiation.
Type of vehicle required.
Destination/s.
Any special requests. (e.g. Child seats,)

(Q) Any increase or material change, to the price (s) and or the service (s), due to any factors (s) beyond the control of the service provider shall be affected by way of the service provider giving the customer or client notice at any time before execution of service (s).

(R) Any deviations to the agreed  service (s) shall incur, if and, any additional charges as are applicable at the time, whole or in part, of execution of such service (s).

(S) The service/s offered by the service provider consists of transporting, by means of UK Government Agency/ies approved road going vehicles on Local Authority/ies adopted road/s, person/s, belonging/s, parcel/s and property/ies. For both domestic and commercial clients.

Payment Methods.

We accept the following methods of payments:

  1. Cash in sterling pounds GBP
  2. Cards: We accept majority of the following types of card payments.

Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Charge Cards.

  1. UK denominated bank cheques with a cheque guarantee card are accepted on prepaid bases only. Where the face value of the cheque has cleared through the service providers banks at least 5(five) UK working days prior to the execution of service relating to the said cheque.
  2. Corporate Accounts: BACS and UK denominated issued Cheque/s as agreed on prior to establishing such facilities.

Cancellation, Booking Fees and Card Charges.

(1)Once a booking has been confirmed, the service provider will make a charge of GBP6.50 (£6.50p) for any cancellation relating to that booking.

(2) Any cancellation request received from 3 to 24 hours prior to the confirmed service request execution time, will incur a charge of 20% of the total confirmed booked service price or GBP6.50(£6.50) which ever is the greater.

(3)Any cancellation received less than 3 hours from the confirmed service execution time, will incur a charge of 75% of the total confirmed service price.

(4) Where a booking has been confirmed and the service execution time is within 24 hours conditions 2, 3, and 5 will apply.

(5) In case of, no show, the customer or client will be charged for the service(s) as per booking confirmation.

(6) In exceptional circumstances, we the service provider, may agree to waive conditions 1, 2, 3, and 4. Proof of exceptional circumstance (s) will be required. Any exceptional circumstance(s) representations will be considered accordingly. If and any settlement or agreement is in the favour of the customer, the settlement or agreement shall reflect any reasonable costs incurred by the service provider to the point of finally executing the settlement or agreement.

(7) Any confirmed payments made via a credit card, charge card, or a charging method of similar description, that incur the 10%(ten percent) surcharge fee for such payments, the additional surcharge will not be refunded in any circumstance(s).

(8) Cancellations are accepted via telephone, fax or E-Mail
(a) Telephone: The operator shall advice as to the then status of the service in question.
(b) Fax: The time and date recorded by the receiving apparatus (fax) shall deem to be the execution time of such, if any, request.
(c) E-Mail: The time and date as recorded on such media as to when the service provider first received the said request will deem to be the delivery time and date of such a request.

(9) All payments made via a credit card, charge card, or a charging method of similar description, shall incur an additional 10%(ten percent) non refundable surcharge of the total service cost.

Waiting time charges.

There is no additional charge for delayed flights, as informed by the relevant service provider of such information through their normal channels.

There will be no charges levied for the first 1hour (one hour) of advised flight landing or sea faring transport docking. Any additional time accumulated after the first 1 hour(one hour) will be charged at  GBP20.00(£20.00) per hour in incremental of 15 minutes, whether part or whole.
Waiting time charge accumulation will cease on customers acknowledgement to depart from agreed meeting point.

Please read.

We the service provider or any of our agents or associates reserve the right to refuse carriage whole or in part. On such an unlikely occurrence the reason(s) will be made clear. We the service provider reserves the right to alter, amend, add, delete and or make changes to the conditions outlined, price (s) or service offerings provided without notice. Affective immediately.

Every care will be taken to transit any property. The customer, client or passenger is advised to check their applicable insurance details. As the service provider takes no responsibility for loss or damage to property whilst in transit of service provider obligation.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
